Matsya Samvvad is the Meena community help desk from Heripico Roots Pvt Limited. This page describes what the app keeps.
The app reads this phone’s location to set the district. The district cannot be typed. It is used to list help near that phone.
A member or Angel joins with a name, a mobile number, and a PIN. The PIN is stored only as a scrambled value. The mobile is the sign-in.
A request contains the note and when help is needed. The member’s mobile and the Angel’s mobile stay hidden until the Angel accepts. After that, each person can call the other. A declined request does not reveal the mobile.
Doctor, animal doctor, lawyer, engineer, and chartered accountant listings include a registration number written by that person. The desk does not check it with a council.
This information is kept so the desk can connect a member with an Angel. It is not sold. Yellow Ladoo is a separate app, opened only if you choose Weddings.
Matsya Samvvad is published by Heripico Roots Pvt Limited. You can ask for your pass, and the data kept with it, to be deleted.
Email the developer address shown on the Matsya Samvvad Google Play listing. Use the subject “Delete my Matsya Samvvad pass”. Include the mobile number on the pass, and say whether it is a member pass or an Angel pass.
Heripico deletes the name, mobile number, district, PIN record, device id, and help requests tied to that pass. Nothing from the pass is kept after it is deleted. There is no extra retention period. This page does not offer a way to delete only some of that data while keeping the pass.
